TTLC acquired the property in a joint venture with an investment manager based in Minneapolis, MN.
TTLC's expansion in the Bay Area is being spearheaded by the Managing Director in the region, , who has more than two decades of experience locally, and has held key positions with several large homebuilders, including Waypoint Homes, SummerHill Homes and Taylor Woodrow Homes (now Taylor Morrison).
