Capital Increase of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
Düsseldorf, 31.05.2011 - The board of directors of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
passed a resolution with the approval of the supervisory board on April
11th 2011, that the share capital of the company of currently 2.174.719
EUR, which is divided in 2.174.719 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal
share value of 1,00 EUR, will be raised by up to 200.000 EUR to 2.374.719
EUR by cash deposit. The issue price per share is 1,00 EUR, plus an
upcharge of 24,00 EUR, this means 25,00 EUR in total per share.
The capital increase of 176.247,00 EUR through the issue of 176.247 new
ordinary bearer shares was approved by the commercial court on 23 May 2011.
The increase of the capital was registered with the commercial register on
May 23rd 2011. The share capital of the company was raised to 2.350.966,00
EUR divided in 2.350.966 ordinary bearer shares.
The funds of the capital increase will be used to finance the exploration
work of its subsidiary, Tantalum Rare Earths SARL.
