New Chief Financial Officer on Executive Board of Viscom AG
Hanover, 01.06.2011 - With effect from 1 June 2011 the Supervisory Board of
Viscom AG (ISIN DE0007846867) has appointed Mr. Dirk Schwingel to the
Executive Board.
Mr. Schwingel will take over the field of Finance and Controlling. In
addition, he will be responsible for Investor Relations and Human Resources
Management.
Mr. Dirk Schwingel is 47 years old and has studied economics at the
University of Paderborn. Until the middle of last year he was managing
director of a medium sized engineering company in North Rhine-Westphalia.
He looks back to more than 10 years of experience in business management.
Previously, he held various positions in major internationally operating
and listed corporations.
Since his appointment with Viscom AG Mr. Schwingel has worked in the
position of Head of Finance and Administration.
Responsibility for Sales and Marketing as well as Public Relations lies
with Mr. Volker Pape. Dr. Martin Heuser is responsible for Development,
Production, Engineering and Logistics.
Viscom develops, builds, and markets premium quality automated optical and
X-ray inspection systems for quality assurance and process optimization in
the industrial production of electronic components. The main target group
of Viscom AG includes the electronics industry, especially automotive,
aerospace and medical technology.
