New Management Structure at TEAM

TEAM Marketing, a subsidiary of Highlight Communications AG, today
announced that Simon Thomas has been appointed as CEO. He will report
directly to Martin Wagner, Delegate of the board of the TEAM Group. The new
CEO has a combined 13 years experience with TEAM and until now has held the
position of Managing Director Television and Event.
In addition, Patrick Murphy is appointed Managing Director Sales,
responsible for all sales across television and sponsorship. Patrick Murphy
has been with TEAM for ten years and was previously Managing Director
Content Sales, and before that held the position Director of Sponsorship
Sales.
David Tyler, Managing Director and General Counsel, will continue to be
responsible for the company's corporate and business affairs including
leadership of TEAM's finance, HR and legal departments. Tom Liston,
formerly Managing Director Marketing, will be leaving the company.
The restructure is aimed at creating an integrated sales and account
management focus for TEAM in its relationship with its main partner UEFA.
While TEAM has already in 2010 renewed its commercial mandate for the
marketing of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League for the period
of 2012-2015, UEFA has decided to take over certain match organisation
responsibilities for the two competitions. As a result TEAM will in the
future have an expanded sales department with more focus on commercial and
marketing matters, while still retaining appropriate operational
capabilities for account management support.
Speaking on behalf of Highlight and TEAM, Bernhard Burgener, Chairman of

TEAM is UEFA's exclusive agent for the marketing of certain commercial
rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super
Cup. TEAM is also the exclusive marketing partner for the Eurovision Song
Contest and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
