Oslo, 13 October 2014: Giæver has served as Head of Investor Relations and
Company Secretary since May 2011 and was Head of Controlling & Risk Management
from 2009 to 2011, having joined Yara in 2004. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree from
the School of Management, University of Bath, UK.

Anders Lerstad is appointed Acting Head of Investor Relations and Company
Secretary. Lerstad has broad experience from several positions in Yara,
including CFO North & East Europe, Commercial Director Yara Mining and Investor
