Quorum Launches eQUIP uTRAIN
uTrain is an online interactive training tool for new employees

(Quorum) (TSX VENTURE: QIS), a company focused on developing, marketing and implementing its dealership and customer management system, XSellerator™, is pleased to announce today the launch of eQUIP uTRAIN, an online interactive training tool for new employees at the dealership.
uTRAIN is an added benefit to Quorum's existing eQUIP offering, a subscription-based training program that offers a minimum of 4 new system utilization improvement courses monthly. Courses include topics such as new enhancements and underutilized features of XSellerator, many of which are aimed at making more money for the dealership. Each course is offered live twice a month as well as recorded; the recorded videos are available for subscribed dealers in the vast eQUIP Video Library.
The newly launched uTRAIN platform is available at no extra charge to dealerships subscribing to eQUIP and is designed to help dealerships quickly train new employees to use XSellerator to maximize their productivity. uTRAIN includes curriculum tracks based on role. Each track offers a workbook which guides the user through the training program, access to a training server loaded with XSellerator, and training videos. The workbooks include terminology definitions, step-by-step processes the user may perform daily that they can practice on the training server, and a checklist of completed work users can show their managers.
"We discovered through our user maintenance tool that many dealerships experience employee turnover of as much as one-third each year. When new employees are not properly trained, this has a direct correlation to full utilization of their software system and the dealerships productivity and profitability. It also significantly impacts their employees' overall satisfaction with their jobs and our software," stated Maury Marks, Quorum's President and CEO. He continued, "Currently about 30 percent of our dealership customers are subscribed to eQUIP and uTRAIN. We find that these dealers utilize a larger portion of XSellerator's functionality and that they are more satisfied customers and have a higher employee satisfaction within their dealership."
