'Burg Center' in Stolberg completes the total contract for Germany
portfolio of this British investor
Unterschleissheim near Munich, June 10, 2011 - IC PropertyOne Asset&Real
Estate Management GmbH, an IC Immobilien Gruppe member company, has taken
over the property management for another asset held by the UK-based real
estate company IM Properties. IC will handle the centre management, letting
activities, as well as the technical and commercial property management for
the 'Burg Center' shopping centre in Stolberg near Aachen. As it were, this
put the company with seat in Unterschleissheim near Munich in charge of the
entire Germany portfolio of this British investor.
The Burg Center shopping mall is located close to the town centre of
Stolberg, which has a population of 58,000, and offers a gross lettable
area of 5,800 square metres. The mall is let to 90 percent to 14 retail
companies, including well-known big chain retailers. Altogether, the
Germany portfolio of IM Properties includes 10 properties with a gross
lettable area of 120,000 square metres.
