Vista Establishes Carbon Credit Portfolio

(OTCQB: VVIT), a pioneer in efficient Waste-to-Energy technology, is pleased to announce the recent completion of its Carbon Credit Project Design Documentation (PDD), thereby establishing a portfolio of carbon credits for the Company. According to the VCS (Voluntary Carbon Standard) methodologies, a single Vista municipal solid waste (MSW) gasification project will prevent the emission of the equivalent of 4.1 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) on an annual basis. Aside from the benefits that the sale of these credits can provide, management believes that the establishment of these credits separates the Company from other operations/technologies that claim to be environmentally friendly but are unable to quantify the actual amount of CO2 or other greenhouse gases they are preventing from being released into the environment.
