Media Advisory: NRC to Improve Canadian Vehicle Fleet Performance
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/14/14 -- The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) will make an important announcement to improve the safety, efficiency and reliability of Canada's military, trucking, and public transportation vehicles. Members of the transportation industry will be in attendance. Transport Canada and the Canadian Transportation Equipment Association will offer testimonials on key initiatives.
Following the announcement, members of the media are invited to tour some of NRC's unique facilities such as the climatic testing facility, the heavy structural dynamics lab, the heavy vehicle tilt facilities, and the 9-metre wind tunnel.
Spokespeople will be available to the media and for photo opportunities throughout the event. Flat, closed-toe shoes are required. Photo identification will be required.
