Tom Jackson "I'm Not Saying, I'm Just Saying" - Single and Music Video Premiere

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/14/14 -- Canadian musician and lifelong philanthropist Tom Jackson aims to inspire and empower us to take action with the release of his new single "I'm Not Saying, I'm Just Saying". The song is focused on global wellness and the belief that together, we can put an end to war. It forms the first of 13 tracks from Tom's highly anticipated new album "Ballads Not Bullets," which will be released later this year.
The single "I'm Not Saying, I'm Just Saying" is now available on iTunes from Universal Music Canada, the country's leading music company. On October 16, Tom will premiere his official music video for "I'm Not Saying, I'm Just Saying" via a live stream with fans on Google Hangouts. Tom and the Canadian Red Cross will be on-air for a Q&A session immediately after the premiere. Tom's Ballads Not Bullets Digital Peace Wall will also be unveiled during the Hangout, where individuals will be invited to download the single and post to the wall to show their support. All of Tom's proceeds from the sale/download will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross. The Hangout will stream live at 11am MT/1:00pm ET for supporters to tune in.

This year's tour will incorporate an enchanting musical re-enactment of the very first Huron Carole concert that took place in 1987. Featured guest artists in both the musical (Act 1) and special concert (Act 2) include Don Amero, Shannon Gaye, Beverley Mahood and sisters Carly and Britt McKillip from One More Girl. Jackson's philanthropic national project now celebrates 27 years of fundraising history with over $200 million in combined cash/in-kind value for food banks, family agencies and disaster relief. Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life are the presenting sponsors of The Huron Carole - A Musical. Local food banks are the beneficiaries from ticket sales and all funds remain at the local level. Additional sponsorship support is sought locally.
