Düsseldorf Stock Exchange on June 20, 2011
Lehrte, June 17, 2011 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has
fully placed its EUR 10 million corporate bond (WKN: A1E8QQ). The HELMA
bond, which has a five-year maturity and a 6.5% coupon, can be traded on
the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange from June 20, 2011.
Gerrit Janssen, CFO of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, was very satisfied with the
bond issue. 'With the completion of our capital increase in April 2011, and
the full placing of our bond, we have successfully concluded two capital
measures within just a few months. We are pleased with the major interest
shown in our company by both private and institutional investors, and with
gross issue proceeds of EUR 12.6 million from both measures, we enjoy a
very solid base to significantly expand our project business.'
Over the course of the second half of 2011, the company is expecting to
announce the conclusion of various land purchases across Germany that form
the basis for further tangible revenue growth at the subsidiaries HELMA
Wohnungsbau and HELMA Ferienimmobilien.
