Sage Issues Shares for Debt
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/16/14 -- Sage Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SGX) ("Sage") has agreed to settle an obligation of $22,600 owed to one vendor by issuing 150,667 common shares based on an agreed price of $0.15 per common share. The expiry date of the hold period for the shares issued was February 16, 2015.
The issuance represents payments owed to the vendor pursuant to a consulting agreement that provides that a portion of the monthly fee can be converted to common shares.
Sage is a mineral exploration and development company which has primary interests in near-term production and exploration properties in Ontario. Its main properties are the Clavos Gold property in Timmins and the Lynx property and other exploration properties in the Beardmore-Geraldton Gold Camp.
