MBMI Signs Confirms Transfer of Properties
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/16/14 -- MBMI Resources Inc. ("MBMI" or the "Company") (NEX BOARD: MBR.H) announces that it has executed an instrument with DMCI Mining Corporation ("DMCI") dated October 14, 2014 confirming that the sale and transfer of 100% of the shares owned or held by MBMI in Madridejos Mining Corporation, Patricia Louise Mining Corporation and Sara Marie Mining Corporation pursuant to the Deeds of Assignment between DMCI and MBMI executed on October 18, 2012 are final and took full effect as of the date of the execution of the corresponding Deeds of Assignment.
MBMI also announces that, in furtherance of the completion of the transaction disclosed in its press release dated March 24, 2014, it has also executed an instrument with DMCI dated October 14, 2014 confirming that the sale and transfer of 100% of the shares owned by MBMI in Tesoro Mining Corporation, Narra Nickel Mining Corporation and McArthur Mining Corporation pursuant to the Deeds of Assignment executed on March 21, 2014 are final and took full effect as of the date of the execution of the corresponding Deeds of Assignment.
The instruments confirming these transfers were executed so as to confirm that DMCI is currently vested with the authority and control over the affected companies as flows from its position as shareholder.
