Liquid Nutrition Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/17/14 -- Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: LQD) (the "Corporation") today announced that it has granted 750,000 options, exercisable for common shares of the Corporation on a one-for-one basis, to one of its directors. One third of the options are vested at grant date, one third are vested at first anniversary of grant date, and one third are vested at second anniversary of grant date. All options can be exercised at $0.095 per option until expiring on October 17, 2018.
