Dynamic Systems Holdings Inc. (DSHI) (Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt Stock
Exchange: DYOA) today announced that a recent technology licensing
arrangement and acquisition has boosted the Company's value to $25,000,000.
The cash and stock transaction saw DSHI acquire the intellectual and
patented property and processes of EnerDynamic. As a result, the Company
currently has intellectual property assets worth $19,000,000 and
shareholder equity of $6,000,000. 'We've greatly enhanced our technology
platform by combining the EnerDynamic technologies with our existing
product offerings and have positioned DSHI as a breakthrough organization
with the necessary infrastructure to penetrate the transportation,
telecommunication and water purification industries globally', stated Al
Scott, President of DSHI. 'Our strategy for commercialization will focus
initially on the 'Ener-Tree', a novel hybrid wind and solar generating
system that can be a source of mobile power in remote locations utilizing
an outer membrane made of photo-voltaic cells with the benefit of wind
power generation', added Scott.
Proposed applications for the Ener-Tree remote power system, projected
market size and conservative market penetration numbers have been
researched and published by DSHI management.
