Complus Technologies SE: COMplus AG establishes new IT infrastructure
for Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH

(Brandenburg an der Havel, June 30, 2011) COMplus AG, based in Brandenburg
an der Havel, Germany - a 100 percent subsidiary of COMplus Technologies SE
- has completely restructured the IT infrastructure of Bosch Solar CISTech
GmbH. Due to the virtualization of the servers, significant savings in the
areas of administration and energy consumption have been achieved, and the
optimization of the corporate network led to a significant improvement in
its 'high availability'. 'The conversion of the IT infrastructure is a
sensitive and business critical issue. Therefore, we needed a partner that
we could completely trust. In recent years, we were able to satisfy
ourselves in COMplus AG's competence. The current project also ran very
smoothly', noticed a satisfied Thomas Matthis, Head of IT at Bosch Solar
CISTech GmbH.
For COMplus the project means one more confirmation of its strategic
direction. 'Especially within the realm of traditional IT services and
Green IT we must count on solid know-how, and long-term partnerships and
customer relations', explains Uwe Maiberg, CEO of COMplus AG.
About Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH
Bosch Solar CISTech GmbH, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, develops and
produces thin-layer solar modules on the basis of the so called CIS
technology. CIS stands for the component parts used for the semiconductor,
copper, indium, gallium, sulphur and selenium. The company, based in
Brandenburg an der Havel, was founded in 2006. In 2009 Johanna Solar
Technology was taken over by the Bosch-Gruppe. Since then Bosch Solar
CISTech GmbH belongs to the solar energy business unit of Bosch-Gruppe,
comprising, among others, Bosch Solar Energy AG and aleo solar AG.
Currently this business unit has about 3,500 employees.
