(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/20/14 -- DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) today announced its October 2014 monthly distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per Unit (70 cents annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 14, 2014 to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2014.

Dream Industrial REIT owns a portfolio of 220 primarily light industrial properties comprising approximately 17.0 million square feet of gross leasable area in key industrial markets across Canada.
