McEvoy Joins Ohio National as Vice President, Broker Dealer Operations, and President, ONESCO
(firmenpresse) - CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 10/21/14 -- National Financial Services is pleased to announce that Patrick H. McEvoy has joined the company as vice president, broker dealer operations, and president, The O.N. Equity Sales Company (ONESCO).
McEvoy will be responsible for all aspects of the operations and strategic direction of ONESCO, Ohio National's retail broker dealer affiliate, and the O.N. Investment Management Company (ONIMCO), the company's retail registered investment advisory firm.
Prior to joining ONESCO, he led Woodbury Financial as its president and chief executive officer through the sale from The Hartford to AIG Advisors Network. During his tenure with Woodbury, McEvoy implemented successful growth and innovative sales strategies to include life products and investment advisory platforms. Under his leadership, Woodbury was recognized as Broker Dealer of the Year in 2011 by Investment Advisor magazine.
Prior to joining Woodbury, he was part of the ING Advisors Network (Cetera Advisor Group), serving as director of recruiting, chief marketing officer, and leaving in 2009 as the president and chief executive officer of Multi-Financial (Cetera Advisors).
With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, he has held roles as a registered representative with Merrill Lynch, wholesaler and recruiter before being promoted to leadership roles.
McEvoy was a member of the military police with the U.S. Army. He holds a Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA licenses and is an active member of various industry groups.
