Man Oil Group AG - Listing on the Frankfurt Open Market
Zug, Switzerland, 13th July, 2011 - Man Oil Group AG is pleased to announce
that its stock has been successfully listed on the Open Market of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange this Wednesday July 13th, 2011. The initial
opening price was EUR 39.00.
In total 1,580,000 shares have been admitted to trading. Equinet Bank AG,
based in Frankfurt, is responsible for the active trading of the stock
under the new specialist model.

Man Oil Group AG with its headquarters in Switzerland is a leading provider
of technologies for the large-scale treatment of oil sludge and oil
contaminated soils with subsequent bioremediation of the waste. Man Oil
Group is a pioneer in its industry, as the company guarantees the isolation
of up to 95% of the hydrocarbons through the application of a 100%
environmentally-friendly treatment method. The retained oil can be reused.
The mobile plant as well as the chemical and biological components required
for this purpose, have been developed in close collaboration by the
specialists of Man Oil Group AG in Switzerland, Russia and the Ukraine.
Worldwide, Man Oil Group AG is the only supplier of a technology which can
cover the treatment of complex oil sludge including the extraction of
hydrocarbons and the bioremediation of waste in one process chain. The
earth remaining at the end of this process meets with only 0.04% oil
content inter alia highest EU standards. Over the last 2.5 years over 180
people were involved in its successful development. The enormous potential
of the company has also been recognized at the 9th Russian Oil&Gas
Congress in Moscow where Mr. Man presented the company's' technology.
Following the conference Mr. Gennadi Shmal, President of the Russian Oil&Gas Union, mentioned Man Oil Group AG as the only company in an interview
with the press and positively highlighted the company's innovative
approach.
