London, Tuesday 26th July 2011

ROK Global PLC, the mobile applications and web technologies company, has
today announced ROK TV, its streamed Mobile TV service available to UK
residents on BlackBerry App World(TM), has now been downloaded by more than
100,000 people in the UK.

Commenting, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman and CEO of ROK said 'To have
exceeded 100,000 downloads of ROK TV in the UK in such a short period of
time is a great achievement and proves our case that Mobile TV containing
quality TV channels, streamed live over mass-market 2.5G as well as 3G and
Wi-Fi, is a compelling service for Content Owners and Mobile Operators to
offer their customers on a subscription basis.'
The ROK TV service delivers BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Three, CBBC and ROK Tube
channels and is available to UK residents free of charge on BlackBerry App
World(TM).

'We are using this success to demonstrate to several major content owners,
around the world, the viability of white-label versions of ROK TV which has
already lead to 2 new contracts being agreed and we will announce details
of these and other agreements for ROK-powered Mobile TV service deployments
in due course.' Added Kendrick.
Listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, ROK Global was
co-founded by US Billionaire John Paul DeJoria and UK-based serial

technology entrepreneur, Jonathan Kendrick

ROK has pioneered many new technologies in the rapidly-evolving mobile and
web space, including mobile security technologies, which it licenses to law
enforcement agencies, as well as multi-language text-to-speech
technologies.

In addition to being co-founder of ROK, John Paul DeJoria is Chairman and
CEO of Paul Mitchell, the producer and manufacturer of hair care products
which achieve in-salon retail sales of approximately US $900m annually
