AVL Emission Test Systems and AVL India organizing important emission seminar in Pune and Dehradun, India
The AVL Emission Test Systems Seminar “Trends in Emission Regulations” was held in India in Pune on October 6th and in Dehradun on October 10th 2014.

About 120 visitors participated on this large emission technology event. Topics were the latest trends, regulations and technologies in emission measurement, the new upcoming legislative trends and means & methods to comply those.
AVL also provided an update to the customers on the latest developments in AVL emission equipments. The speakers in these events were Mr. Engeljehringer, Dr. Kauffeldt, and Mr. Laschet from AVL ETS and Mr. Gogi, Mr. Auchare, Mr. Kusumba from AVL India. . External experts as Mr. Nakhawa from ARAI and Mr. Garg from IIP and other experts shared the latest informations about emission technologies.
Customers from the OEM´s sector as Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Force Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Cummins, Greaves, Piaggio, Fiat, GM, Honda, Hyundai also attended this event as research organizations (Indian Institute of Petroleum, Indian Oil Corp.Ltd) and educational institutes like College of Engineering and Indian Institute of Technology. Also regulatory authorities as ARAI, VRDE and ICAT were guests on these seminars.
Important questions about emissions reducing were also on the schedule as implementation of the WLTC cycle for light duty certification, Hybrid Testing, EPA 1065 and EPA 1066. The seminar was organized by AVL India and AVL Emission Test Systems in Germany.
Guests of the event became aware of the global trends in emission measurement and upcoming trends in emission legislation. In this forum they could discuss with experts about the queries and found efficient solutions for their specific needs.
