Beaufield Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/14 -- Beaufield Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BFD) today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the granting of options for 1,000,000 common shares of the Corporation to certain of its Directors and Officers under the stock option plan of the Corporation. The options vest immediately, are exercisable at $0.10 per option and have a term of 5 years. After the grant, the total number of outstanding options under the Corporation's plan is 7,200,000 or approximately 6.5% of the outstanding shares.
