Dr. David Kim Responds to the American Medical Association's Classification of Obesity as a Disease and Reveals Why a Multifaceted Treatment Approach Is Necessary for Success

According to Dr. Kim, obesity treatment requires a multifaceted approach since the disease is caused by multiple factors. This is partly due, Dr. Kim says, to a refusal of insurance companies to alter their current policies.
