Income Financial: 2014 Rights Expire on November 3, 2014
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/29/14 -- Income Financial Trust ("Income Financial") would like to take the opportunity to remind investors that Monday, November 3, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) is the deadline to exercise their rights.
The Units currently yield 10% on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Four Rights will entitle Unitholders to purchase one Unit for the subscription price of $10.72. The subscription price for the Unit represents a discount to the volume weighted combined average trading price over the last 30 days and is consistent with recent trading prices. Any rights not exercised by November 3, 2014 will expire worthless. Investors should contact their advisor or financial institution in order to exercise their rights.
Unitholders wishing to subscribe for additional units above their allotment of rights may do so by contacting their advisor.
