(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/14 -- CentriLogic, a global provider of managed hosting, cloud computing, and advanced IT outsourcing solutions, today announces that three new senior executives have joined the company. The news comes on the heels of CentriLogic realizing year-over-year revenue growth in excess of 30% and the announcement of key international expansion activities. The strengthened senior management team will enhance CentriLogic's ability to accelerate its current growth trajectory, support new business units, and acquire additional facilities as the company continues to expand into new markets. New appointments include:

. Brian has 20 years of management and operations experience and was the co-founder of ViaWest (now part of Shaw Communications), one of the largest privately held co-location and managed services companies in North America. Brian will serve as Chief Operations Officer, responsible for managing and leading CentriLogic's global operations teams.

. Robert has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking including working with telecom, Internet infrastructure and media companies on strategic financial, M&A, and capital raising transactions. Robert will serve as Chief Financial Officer and will manage all financial and corporate development activities.

. Charlotte has 17 years of human resources experience, with seven years spent in the data center and managed services industries. She will be responsible for post-acquisition integration, team leadership/development, and organizational design.

"During this period of growth, we felt it was critical to invest in the quality of leadership that could take our company to the next level," says Robert Offley, President & CEO of CentriLogic. "With their industry experience I am confident that Brian, Robert, and Charlotte will help us successfully navigate this new phase of our business, as we've now entered new markets and have added more specialized IT outsourcing and cloud services."

Earlier this year, Canadian Business and PROFIT Magazine ranked CentriLogic 58th on the 2014 PROFIT 500, with five-year revenue growth in excess of 1,200%. CentriLogic expects to exceed $26 million in revenue by year-end, representing over 30% growth over 2013. CentriLogic is forecasting a compound annual growth rate ("CAGR") of approximately 20% through 2018. Additional sources of growth include the August 2014 acquisition of Adveniat Corporation, of the U.S. Virgin Islands, enabling CentriLogic to serve customers throughout the Caribbean and South American regions. In September 2014, CentriLogic announced the launch of its Advanced Technology Services Business unit, delivering virtualization, data center consolidation and managed IT solutions to customers worldwide.

CentriLogic plans to continue investing in Canada by increasing its Canadian employee headcount by 30% through 2015. The company expects a 50% increase in staff worldwide by end of 2015.
