MBMI Announces Resignation of Director
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/14 -- MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI" or the "Company") (NEX BOARD: MBR.H) announces that Mr. Ning Yat Hoi has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors would like to express MBMI's appreciation for his contribution to the affairs of MBMI during his tenure as a Director of MBMI. The Board of Directors is considering whether to fill the resulting vacancy on the Board, and until the Board reaches a decision and identifies and recruits a candidate for that position, the Board of MBMI will be comprised of Christopher Aiello, Joseph Chan and Robert Siu.
