The Anniversary Celebration will be a premier charity event for Orange County residents who understand the importance of raising funds to help change lives and inspire hope to those who need it most. This festive evening of dining and entertainment will bring together an impressive list of attendees who are dedicated to the cause of HomeAid Orange County and whose participation among friends and colleagues will pay tribute to decades of fantasy playhouses and a joint commitment to helping the homeless in Orange County. This loyalty and devotion have paid off; since its debut nearly two decades ago, Project Playhouse has captivated millions of visitors, raised a total of $5.8 million and enlisted more than 10,000 volunteers to further the important cause of HomeAid OC.
The season of celebration and hope officially kicks off on October 8th, 2011 when the Playhouse Village takes center stage at the ®. The signature fundraising event benefits the efforts of HomeAid OC, and visitors can view an array of fantasy playhouses that will be on display for a five-week run. The culmination of Project Playhouse will be the spirited live auction during the 20th Anniversary Celebration.
