There remain 20,409,465 C shares in issue.In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifiesthe market that the capital of the Company consists of 40,170,808ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p each and 20,409,465 Cshares with a nominal value of 75p each.
