Strategic Investment Expands Software Solutions Suite for Enterprise and Small & Medium-Sized Businesses

Inxites is a global SAP service and IT solution provider with headquarters in Belgium. Inxites develops and implements innovative solutions for SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII), SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure (AII), SAP Object Event Repository (SAP OER) and SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME), serialization, anti-counterfeiting, and traceability. Produmex is a certified SAP® partner that develops software solutions for integrating business and operational processes with in-depth experience in industries such as food, life sciences, wholesale distribution, and 3PL. Produmex's add-on modules are fully integrated with SAP Business One, the leading ERP solution for small and midsize companies.
With this transaction now complete, Movilitas has expanded its SAP services and solutions for manufacturing, anti-counterfeiting and traceability. In addition, the Produmex business provides Movilitas with a certified software solution for SAP Business One users targeting strategic industry segments with supply chain and serialization requirements in the small and medium-sized business segment.

The combined software portfolio of the companies will include the Inxites Verifier Suite (Track and Trace on SAP OER and AII), Veri95 (Manufacturing on SAP MII), the Produmex PDMX Suite (SAP Business One), Movilizer (Mobile Enterprise Platform) and the Movilitas Automation Controller (Enterprise Printing & Device Integration).
