Horizon Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/07/14 -- Horizon Minerals Corp. (OTCQB: HZNM) Horizon Minerals Corp. (the "Company" or "Horizon") is pleased to announce that the Company will complete a Private Placement of 500,000 units for gross proceeds of up to USD $250,000.00 ($0.50 per unit). Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.75 per share for a period of one year.
The Proceeds will be used for working capital purposes and ongoing due diligence activities on potential business opportunities.
