Woodbridge International Closes Sale of CSU to Curvature, LLC
(firmenpresse) - NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 11/07/14 -- Woodbridge International, a global middle-market M&A firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, CSU Industries, Inc., a worldwide provider of IT hardware support and professional services. CSU was acquired by Curvature, LLC, an innovative IT infrastructure services provider.
Headquartered in Inwood, New York, CSU services over 1,700 locations worldwide across 66 countries. Clients include some of the world's largest companies across a broad range of industries. In business for 34 years, CSU is ISO 9001 certified and specializes in the support of HP, Dell, Cisco and other leading OEMs.
