Arlington Hotels Donate to #WreathForValor Initiative With Holiday Deal

Marriott and Renaissance Hotels of Arlington, VA are making the holidays easier for visitors to enjoy all that D.C. has to offer with a new the Holiday Credit weekend package available from November 14, 2014 until December 13, 2014.
In addition, for every room that is booked through the Holiday Credit offer and includes a Sunday night stay, the four will sponsor a wreath. The #WreathForValor initiative supports the annual National Wreath Laying to honor our Nation's fallen heroes by placing wreaths on headstones at Arlington National Cemetery.
The Arlington hotels' support for #WeathForValor initiative is an effort to honor the fallen men and women who served their country. Wreaths Across America (WAA) relies on donations and sponsorships to complete its mission to Remember, Honor and Teach. WAA's goal is to receive 230,000 wreaths this December for all the unique grave markers at Arlington National Cemetery. This year also marks the 150th anniversary of the first military veteran to be buried at Arlington, and if WAA reaches their goal, there will be a brief wreath laying ceremony in Arlington National Cemetery's "Section 27" at the tomb of William Christman; the first military veteran buried at Arlington National Cemetery 150 years ago.
The Holiday Credit offer runs from November 14, 2014 to January 19, 2015 and allows guests a $25 daily hotel credit. If a guest books this and includes a Sunday night stay, the participating Marriott hotels will sponsor a wreath on the guest's behalf on December 13, 2014.
Guests have the choice from four different hotels located in Arlington, VA near Reagan Airport, Pentagon City, or Old Town Alexandria.
