Syntonic's Connected Services Platform Enables Multi-Persona, Segmented Mobile Billing and Analytics for Enterprise BYOD and COPE Programs

Syntonic made the announcement today at the in San Francisco, where the company is presenting a technical preview of its cloud-based Connected Services Platform (CSP) for Enterprise™.
With Syntonic's CSP for Enterprise, KNOX Premium and Workspace devices will be enabled to provide segmented data billing as a value-add service for KNOX Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) providers, including Samsung's KNOX EMM. Syntonic's CSP for Enterprise is expected to be available for commercial deployment in the first quarter of 2015.
KNOX EMM vendors will be invited to participate in a pilot program in December for their enterprise customers' AT&T network-connected KNOX devices.

With Syntonic's segmented billing, Enterprises can now take advantage of a simple solution that provides an à la carte approach to wireless access expenses. Syntonic CSP for Enterprise is built upon the company's in-network, cloud managed Connected Services Platform. With the inclusion of a Samsung KNOX client, Syntonic's connected services can support any application and web service deployed within KNOX's enterprise-hardened, secure workspace environment. Syntonic's client and back-end platform can be incorporated into approved KNOX EMM vendor solutions as a value-add service to increase mobile worker productivity, reduce network expense, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policy.
The burgeoning prevalence of BYOD and the mounting corporate need to reduce capital expenditure require a border between personal and business use on mobile devices. KNOX provides the secure environment to differentiate work from personal use, and Syntonic provides the secure mobile access and billing services to support multiple KNOX user personas.
