Terrace Appoints New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/15/11 -- The directors of Terrace Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TZR) (the "Company") are pleased to announce that Dan Carriere has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company.
Mr. Carriere has been granted incentive options under the Company's Stock Option Plan entitling him to purchase up to 250,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at the price of $0.19 per share within five years after the date hereof, subject to the vesting of 10% of the options on the date of grant and 15% every six months thereafter.
