JLL Completes Acquisition of Cresa Portland
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL and PORTLAND, OR -- (Marketwired) -- 11/17/14 -- JLL (NYSE: JLL) has closed the previously announced acquisition of Cresa Portland, which specialized in tenant representation and corporate services, creating a more powerful full-service real estate office in the growing Portland market.
Cresa Portland Founder and Managing Principal Craig Reinhart, Managing Principal Chris Elsenbach and 11 other professionals joined JLL's 150-strong Portland team led by Buzz Ellis. Additionally, Matt Newstrom is leading JLL's Portland Project and Development Services practice; Niall Travers is co-leading the local tenant representation group with JLL's Eric Haskins; and Eric Turner, Matt Ryer and Charlie Floberg are supporting local and global corporate clients.
