Indico Announces Resignation of A Director

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/14 -- Indico Resources Ltd. ("Indico" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: IDI) announces the resignation of Eric Wardle as a director of the Company. The Company will therefore be nominating only seven directors for re-election at the Company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on December 11, 2014, namely, Robert Baxter, Hendrik van Alphen, Tareq Damerji, Brian Kerzner, Robert Parsons, David Savage and Asgari Stephens.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Wardle for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
