DIAGNOS Announces Resignation to the Board of Directors

("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), leader in healthcare technical services including screening, software and algorithm development, data analysis, and image processing, announces today the resignation of Mr. Olivier Lerolle as a director and Chairman of the audit committee of DIAGNOS. Mr. Lerolle is resigning from the DIAGNOS Board for health and personal reasons.
