epay Adds McAfee Security Products to Its Software Portfolio

Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq:EEFT) and a leading prepaid product distributor
worldwide, today announced the addition of McAfee, part of Intel Security,
products to epay's digital software product portfolio. Through this full
distribution contract, epay will provide channel sales, distribution, logistics
and merchandizing for McAfee security products via point of sale-activated
("POSA") products, e-vouchers and digital codes.
epay is connected to hundreds of thousands of retailers worldwide and this
partnership will allow Intel Security to offer its internet security products in
the POSA form for the first time across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
("EMEA"). Specific countries covered in this agreement include Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
This agreement will enable epay and Intel Security to meet retailer demand for
POSA software solutions. POSA software products benefit the retailer by offering
a more environmentally-friendly product in the form of a card, rather than a CD
ROM in a box. POSA software also considerably reduces inventory-carrying costs
and shrink risks. In addition, POSA software products provide more merchandising
flexibility; allowing retailers to drive software and hardware attached
