Belvedere Resources Ltd.: Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/20/14 -- Belvedere Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: BEL) ("Belvedere" or the "Company") is proposing to undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$1.25 million through the issuance of up to 17,857,142 common shares of Belvedere at a price of C$0.07 per share. The Company will not be proceeding with the private placement previously announced on October 15, 2014.
The net proceeds from the private placement will be applied to the general working capital of the Company.
The private placement is subject to acceptance and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
