Mattersight Granted Additional U.S. Patent for Predictive Behavioral Routing

On November 18, 2014, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued to Mattersight U.S. Patent Number 8,891,754 entitled Method and System for Automatically Routing a Telephonic Communication.
