The Company announced the name change from ValueVision Media, Inc. to EVINE Live Inc. on November 18, 2014. The NASDAQ stock symbol changed from VVTV to EVLV effective November 20.
The complete rebranding to "EVINE Live" is planned to take place during the first half of 2015.
