Matica Closes Second Tranche of Financing for Its Nova Scotia MMPR Facility With "Ready to Build Status"
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/21/14 -- Matica Enterprises Inc. (CSE: GRF)(FRANKFURT: 39N) ("Matica" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement consisting of 1,642,500 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $164,250.00 (the "Offering"). Each unit is comprised of one common share (a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant of the Company (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") for a period of 18 months from the closing date at an exercise price of $0.15 per warrant.
The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund upgrades to the Company's Nova Scotia marijuana growing facility with "Ready to Build" status currently awaiting its Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulation ("MMPR") Licence. Matica is currently completing a brand new state of the art free standing growing facility and anticipates its final inspection by Heath Canada shortly. The company paid a finder's fee of 8 per cent of the proceeds raised in cash and 8 per cent of the proceeds in broker's warrants where applicable to such finders as part of the offering.
