Management and the Board of Directors have decided to initiate this process in order to increase the frequency of communication with shareholders by providing brief operational updates on Gear as well as providing some perspective on the industry in general. The updates will include monthly estimates of production and capital investment and are targeted for release on the Gear website approximately three weeks following month end at .
The President's Monthly Update is another example of Gear's desire to be fully transparent with shareholders on the status of their investment in Gear. Any updates that include information of a material nature will be preceded by a formal press release and the associated regulatory filings.
