Goodfellow Announces the Resignation of M. Richard Goodfellow as Director of the Company Effective December 1, 2014

(firmenpresse) - DELSON, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/14 -- Goodfellow Inc. (TSX: GDL) announced today that Richard Goodfellow, who recently resigned as President and CEO of Goodfellow Inc., has also decided to resign as a Director of the Company effective December 1, 2014.

The Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. wish to thank Richard for his invaluable contribution to the development of the company over the last 30 years as Director.
