Citadel Income Fund Announces Annual Redemption Price

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/02/14 -- Citadel Income Fund (TSX: CTF.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce that, with respect to the previously announced annual redemption of 2,503,792 million units of the Fund, the redemption price per unit is $4.3716.

As requests for redemptions exceeded 2,503,792 million units, units will be redeemed on a pro rata basis. The Fund expects to pay the redemption proceeds to redeeming unitholders on or before December 18, 2014.
