NN Group included in FTSEurofirst 300 Index

NN Group N.V. will be included in the FTSEurofirst 300 Index. This was announced
by FTSE on 3 December 2014. This index inclusion will take effect from the start
of trading on Monday, 22 December 2014 and is a result of the annual index
review by FTSE. The inclusion in the FTSEurofirst 300 Index follows the
successful initial public offering of NN Group on 2 July this year.
FTSE is a global leader in indexing and analytic solutions. The FTSEurofirst
Index Series is a joint product of FTSE and Euronext and provides a range of
liquid and transparent pan-European and Eurozone indices, which track equity
performance across the region as a whole, and across 18 industry sectors. The
