Vida Green Prepared to Market Smart Home Operating System
December 4, 2014 Salt Lake City, Utah. Vida Green, Ltd. (dual listed on the Frankfurt and Bermuda Stock Exchanges) (VDG), a Bermuda publicly listed company that develops and markets green, natural and organic products for diverse industries, today announced that it completed a joint License Agreement with Circle Design Technologies to market Circle Designs Smart Home Operating System in conjunctin with its other green products.
Since we singed our letter of intent with Circle Design, we have been working on a comprehensive development and marketing program for Circle Designs excellent products. When we formed our company, our commitment was to find the best, most practical and most environmentally dependable green products and solutions in different markets and industries, said John Hopkins, Vida Greens CEO. And included in this vow is finding green products that meet the basic universal green initiative to preserve energy, increase efficiencies and save money, all of which protect natural resources and affect our environment positively. Circle Designs products meet each of these objectives and help complete our companys green initiatives.
As we began developing our smart home and office technologies we wanted to create products that would help us manage our homes and offices more efficiently and economically and yet would operate symbiotically with technologies that have become part of our literal existence-computers, smart phones, etc. If you find yourself in a group of people, irrespective of the location (airport, restaurants, shopping malls), you will notice that virtually all of these people are using their smart phones for a variety of purposes. With our technology, anyone can now include home and office management in the range of smart phone functionality, said Mark Stott, Circle Designs CEO. Our eOperating System will be a great boon for all future users to wirelessly automate all of a homes (or apartments) key functions, such as lights, HVAC vents, security systems, utilities, thermostats, etc., all from a single device: a smart phone. And we have other products that we will roll out in the coming months that will synergize our homes and the eOperating System.
We are very excited about our maturing relationship with Circle Design and believe that adding its products to our current offerings expands our customer and revenue bases, said Hopkins.
