Brigadier Gold Provides Update on Directors and Shareholders Meeting and Listing
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/04/14 -- Due to Brigadier Gold Limited's (TSX VENTURE: BRG) recent announcement on November 28, 2014 of the termination of the Molycomex S.A. de C.V. and Santa Fe Metals Corporation agreements, Brigadier is announcing that it will be calling a meeting of shareholders early in the new year to elect directors, review the financial statements, appoint auditors and for such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Its current directors are Grant Hall, CEO, Herb Kokotow CFO, Alick Ryder and Robert Stikeman. The audit committee currently consists of Alick Ryder, Chairman, Robert Stikeman and Herb Kokotow. The financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 together with the accompanying Management Discussion & Analysis were filed on SEDAR on November 28, 2014.
The Company has been given a February 27, 2015 deadline to evidence that it meets the Continued Listing Requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange or it will be transferred to NEX.
The resumption date for trading will be at the open of trading on December 5th 2014.
