Kristen Magnuson Joins Webtrends Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer
Magnuson Lends 30 Years of Financial Experience to the Webtrends Leadership Team

Magnuson brings thirty-plus years of experience and a proven track record of success in high-growth situations to Webtrends.
As CFO, Magnuson will lead and manage all financial functions for Webtrends offices across the globe. Her experience within the finance and operations fields spans accounting, mergers and acquisitions, business model restructuring, transition management, financial planning, investor relations and information technology.

Prior to joining Webtrends, Magnuson was both the CFO and executive vice president at the publicly traded company JDA Software Group, Inc. During her tenure, which was over a decade long, the company grew by 400 percent -- from $92 million to $385 million in total revenue. Magnuson also held the position of vice president of financial planning and analysis for Michaels Stores, Inc., where she was the key player in completing four public offerings, five acquisitions and several bank financing transactions that raised nearly $1 billion in capital.
Magnuson has also held financial positions at AZ Digital Farm, LLC, Tatum, Mera Bank, and Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young LLP).
