(TSX: RTK) of Calgary, Alberta ("Artek" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed the non-core asset disposition transactions which were previously disclosed in its press release of December 2, 2014, for total cash proceeds to the Company of $21.85 million, before customary closing adjustments.
Artek is a crude oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Artek's shares trade on the TSX under the symbol "RTK".
